According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.0691990, minors under 18 years of age cannot checkhotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to checkthe hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of hisher parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by hisher parents.

Our pools and gym are open by scheduling at the reception. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.

Business Class King Room. This room located above the 14th floor features air conditioning, a 40" HD LCD TV, minibar, electronic safe and a private bathroom with a hairdryer and toiletries. Also included is 1 free daily bottle of water and Nespresso machine with on free daily capsule, as well as a kettle kit with tea, milk and coffee.
