Standard Double Room. Located between the 1st and 14th floors, these newly built apartments offer comfort and modernity in a 20 m² space. They feature a double bed (1.50 m x 1.50 m) and a spacious, modern, and well-equipped private bathroom. Facing the interior area of the building, they do not have an external view, providing greater peace and quiet during your stay. ;
Luxury Double Room. Located on the 5th to 13th floors, with views of Rua Barata Ribeiro or at the back without a view, but peaceful and quiet. Measuring 25m², it has a Queen Size bed (1.60m x 1.60m) or a double bed (1.50m x 1.50m), and a private bathroom. ;
Family Suite. Spacious suites located between the 2nd and 14th floors, featuring views of Barata Ribeiro Street or facing the back, which, although without a view, ensure complete peace and quiet. With 32 m², they offer either one king-size bed or two double beds. Each suite includes a private bathroom, personalized décor, a 65-inch Smart TV, and additional amenities. ;
Standard Twin Room. Located between the 1st and 14th floors, these newly built rooms offer comfort and modernity in a 20 m² space. They feature two single beds and a spacious, modern, and well-equipped private bathroom. Facing the interior area of the building, they do not have an external view, ensuring greater peace and quiet during your stay. ;
Standard Triple Room. Offering free toiletries, this triple room includes a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. The air-conditioned triple room offers a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a minibar, a wardrobe, a safe deposit box as well as city views. ;
Deluxe Family Room. This air-conditioned family room includes a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a private bathroom. The unit offers 2 beds. ;
